Light Point Web offers you the ability to view plugin media on a website. The most common form of plugin media is flash videos and PDF documents. If you decide to view this media, it is downloaded directly to your computer and executed there. This means it bypasses all of Light Point Web’s security. Therefore: be sure you trust the content of any media that is played directly on your computer. While viewing a video or PDF on your computer is not protected by Light Point Web, it is still better than not using Light Point Web, because it gives you the ability to decide which media files to execute and which ones to ignore.

If you browse to a website that has plugin media, you will see something like this:

Plugin View

If you decide you want to view this media, and that you can trust it, simply click it once. A popup window will appear which contains only the media, as shown below.

Plugin View After Click

After you are finished with the media, you can close the popup.
